Opportunities for school leavers

Everyone should have access to a career in law, so our work experience programmes offer opportunities to people from a variety of backgrounds.

PRIME Commitment

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is a member of PRIME, an alliance of law firms across the UK and Republic of Ireland determined to improve access to, and socio-economic diversity within, the legal profession.  As part of our PRIME commitment, we work with the Sutton Trust and the Social Mobility Business Partnership to provide insight opportunities into a career in law. Pathways to Law

In partnership with the Sutton Trust, we also run Pathways to Law during the February half-term break each year. This involves a week’s work experience at the firm with panel discussions, corporate case studies, commercial awareness exercises, skills sessions and networking opportunities tailored to the 20 year 12 students who join us.
